Revitalization
of Upstate New York

Upstate
New York’s Economy has been in a shattered for
over a decade. Having revitalized so many blighted neighborhoods,
I felt right at home. A renaissance in buffalo, and
in all of upstate New York, could happen, if I could
find builders like me willing to invest in garbage,
garbage, garbage. As senator, I would persuade the state
government to move some of its offices into Buffalo
and other upstate cities. Which would boost property
values, as had been the case when I’d sold office
space to the DEA. In Buffalo, office space was renting
for $10 a square foot. What a bargain that would be
to government, and that investment would spread as it
had in Tribeca, with new stores, restaurants, and businesses.
Everyone benefit from a better economy.
